The cost is only $7 per membership, and currently we have a safe, contactless way to join through the following online link in a platform called TOTEM: Susan B. Anthony PTA Membership Link

Once you create an account with your email address, the process to join is quite simple.Please indicate your child’s name and teacher’s name along with your information in your account when you join. You can download your digital membership card right from your online account. Please note that Totem charges an extra $1 for the use of their service to join PTA membership. In addition, any donation you give to SBA PTA through Totem, Totem will keep 5% of the donation.

If you prefer to pay for your membership with check (payable to SBA PTA) or cash, please print the attached form, complete it, put it in an envelope labeled SBA PTA along with your payment, and drop it off in a designated box in front school office between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.

Last year, with your support, SBA PTA was able to provide fun family events including
Fall Fest, Movie Night, Bingo Night and Mother-Daughter Craft Day.

SBA PTA also helped fund purchases of Playground Equipment, Classroom Supplies, Art & Music programs, On-line Reading Program subscriptions and Library Supplies.
