Welcome to the
CNUSD New Student Pre-Enrollment Process

 
The following is only to start the registration process:
Upon completion the school site will contact the parent to finalize the enrollment.
Please make sure to complete all the forms and correctly submit required documents to prevent any delays in the enrollment process.
Use student's legal name. Type in the exact address from utility bill.
Please do not navigate away from the pre-enrollment website until completing the enrollment process.

FIRST TIME PRE-ENROLLMENT:
Definition: This is your first attempt of using Pre-Enrollment to pre-register your student(s)

  1. Select [Start a New Pre-Enrollment] and enter your email and create a password
  2. Complete the Pre-Enrollment screens and upload the required documents 
  3. Submit your student(s) registration
  4. Your students designated home site will contact you once the registration has been received/completed

 
EDITING AN EXISTING PRE-ENROLLMENT:
Definition: You have already created an account and need to update/complete a previous Pre-Enrollment

  1. Select [Continue a Pre-Enrollment in Progress] by entering your email/password you used to register
  2. Update/Finalize the Pre-Enrollment screens and upload the required documents 
  3. Your students designated home site will contact you once the registration has been received/completed

  4. Parents can click on one of the links here: ENGLISH / SPANISH to view specific instructions for editing an existing Pre-Enrollment


The following documents 
MUST
 be uploaded during the pre-enrollment process:

1. PROOF OF BIRTH (Birth Certificate, Passport, or Baptism Certificate) Legal v. Other Name

2. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS (Minimum Immunization Requirements) New Requirements

3. PROOF OF TB CLEARANCE is required if the student 1) is entering preschool; 2) is enrolling in school for the first time since moving to the United States; 3) has a history of a positive TB skin test

4. PROOF OF CURRENT GRADE LEVEL (If grade is not age appropriate. Proof would include current report card or other documents from the prior school indicating grade level.)

5. INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PLAN (IEP), if applicable

6. CURRENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION OF PARENT/GUARDIAN

7. VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCE (Current utility bill: water, gas, electric, or disposal services ONLY) 
*If living in the residence of another person, please upload an AFFIDAVIT FOR REGISTRATION WHEN RESIDING WITH ANOTHER ADULT signed by parent and owner, upload a current utility bill and upload the owner's photo identification.

NOTICE:

A registration determined to be secured by false, misleading, or deliberate omission of information to establish residency in the Corona-Norco Unified School District will be considered null and void.
