Parent Volunteer Information

  • Susan B. Anthony Parent Volunteer Information

All Parent Volunteers need to communicate with their child's teacher's before they can volunteer in a classroom.  Your child's teacher will be give you a day and time to volunteer.  Your child's teacher will then give the front office a class list of Parent volunteers.  You will need to come into the school office or click on the link below, and fill out a CNUSD Volunteer Application form (a new form needs to be filled out each new school year). You will need to also present your identification to be scanned into our Raptor Visitor Management System.
Accepted forms of identification are as follows:
  • -Any state issued driver's license or identification card
  • -Military ID (active duty or retired)
  • -Permanent Resident Card

This needs to be done each new school year before you can volunteer.  You will need to turn in your volunteer form in person to the school office staff.  Please do not send it in with your student.  We need to verify identification and scan your ID before you can begin volunteering.
