Student Clearance to Return to School How-To

TO CLEAR YOUR CHILD TO RETURN TO SCHOOL

If your child was sent home or you called your child in with COVID Symptoms and need to submit a negative COVID test for them to return to school, please follow steps below:

If you are using an AT-HOME COVID test please write on the following information on the front of the test cartridge


1. Student's First and Last Name
2. Date test was taken
3. Time test was taken

Then take a picture of the test and upload it to PARENT CONNECT using the instructions below.

Once you have uploaded the documents, you must call the school office to make sure the document has been received and for the health clerk or school nurse to review the document.

After the office reviews the document, they will give you clearance for your child to return.

Please do not send your child to school without receiving clearance from the school office or health clerk.
